日本の先進医療を受けに来る外国の方が増えています。再生医療・幹細胞治療、コロナの後遺症（long COVID）、がん治療——どれも専門的で、説明が難しく、大きな決断が要る医療です。こうした場面で本当の壁になるのは、距離でもお金でもなく「言葉」です。来日本看先进医疗的外国人越来越多。再生医疗、干细胞治疗、新冠后遗症（long COVID）、癌症治疗——都很专业，说明很复杂，要下很大的决心。这种时候，真正的障碍不是距离也不是钱，而是「语言」。More and more people come to Japan for advanced medical care: regenerative medicine and stem-cell therapy, long COVID, cancer treatment. All are specialised, hard to explain and involve big decisions. In these situations the real barrier is not distance or money, but language.

なぜ先進医療ほど「正確な通訳」が要るのか为什么越是先进医疗，越需要「准确的口译」Why advanced care needs accurate interpreting

再生医療の同意の説明、治療のリスクの説明、検査結果の読み方——一語の訳しまちがいで、患者さんの決断が変わってしまいます。ふだんの会話の翻訳と、病院で「ちゃんと通じる通訳」は、まったく別の技術です。EMYSTI が TransHero の検証レポートで示したとおり、翻訳は言葉の置きかえではなく、その場で通じる言い方になってはじめて役に立ちます。先進医療では、その正確さがそのまま安全と納得につながります。再生医疗的知情同意、治疗风险的说明、检查结果怎么看——一个词翻错，就可能改变患者的决定。日常对话的翻译和在医院「真的说得通的口译」完全是两回事。正如 EMYSTI 在 TransHero 验证报告里说的，翻译不是换词，只有变成当场说得通的话才有用。在先进医疗里，这份准确直接关系到安全和患者能不能放心。Consent for regenerative medicine, the risks of treatment, what test results mean — one wrongly translated word can change a patient’s decision. Translating everyday conversation and interpreting that really works in a hospital are completely different skills. 日本では2014年の「再生医療等安全性確保法」によって、再生医療や幹細胞治療は国のしくみの中で行われています。治療をする病院は、厚生労働省が認めた細胞の加工施設を使い、独立した審査委員会の承認を受ける必要があります。外国の方も医療ビザで受診できます。海外の、規制のない「幹細胞ツーリズム」とはちがう、透明で、見守られた道です。在日本，根据 2014 年的《再生医疗等安全性确保法》，再生医疗和干细胞治疗在国家的制度下进行。做治疗的医院，要用厚生劳动省认可的细胞加工设施，还要通过独立审查委员会的批准。外国人也可以凭医疗签证就诊。这和海外没人监管的「干细胞旅游」不一样，是透明、有人监督的途径。Under Japan’s 2014 Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, regenerative medicine and stem-cell therapy are provided within a national system. Hospitals must use cell-processing facilities approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and get approval from an independent review committee. Foreign patients can be treated on a medical visa. It is a transparent, supervised path, unlike unregulated “stem-cell tourism” abroad.

The service is run by someone who studied regenerative medicine and completed a doctoral programme at the University of Tokyo graduate school, so we interpret accurately with a real understanding of the terms and the treatment process.
