合同会社EMYSTIは、電気通信事業法第16条第1項に基づく届出を行い、電気通信事業届出番号 F-08-01200 を受領しました。合同会社EMYSTI 依据《电气通信事业法》第16条第1款完成备案，取得电信业务备案号 F-08-01200。EMYSTI LLC has filed a notification under Article 16(1) of the Telecommunications Business Act and received telecommunications business notification No. F-08-01200.

EMYSTIは、TransHero、HanasuHero、StayHeroなど、日本で暮らす外国人や、言葉や暮らしの手助けが要る人のためのアプリを作っています。今回の届出は、こうしたアプリを長く、きちんと運営していくための、会社としての土台のひとつです。EMYSTI 在做 TransHero、HanasuHero、StayHero 等给在日外国人、以及需要语言和生活帮助的人用的应用。这次备案，是公司为了长期、好好运营这些应用打下的基础之一。EMYSTI makes apps such as TransHero, HanasuHero and StayHero for foreign residents of Japan and anyone who needs help with language and daily life. This notification is part of the company’s foundation for running these apps properly for years to come.

届出番号について关于备案号About the notification number

この番号は、電気通信事業法にもとづく「届出」の番号です。総務省が製品を認めた、品質を保証した、すすめている、という意味ではありません。EMYSTIは、制度の名前を正しくのせ、国の認証のように誤解される書き方はしません。这个号码是依照《电气通信事业法》做的「备案」号码，不代表总务省认可了产品、保证了质量或在推荐。EMYSTI 会如实写出制度上的名称，不会写得让人误以为是政府认证。This is a notification number under the Telecommunications Business Act. It doesn’t mean the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications approved, guaranteed or recommends any product. EMYSTI states the official name correctly and won’t word it in a way that looks like government certification.
